Pear and Chocolate chip Muffin

By now you have understood that I love pears. A fruit so juicy that it gives the dessert a unique softness.
The gluten-free, butter-free and lactose-free pear and chocolate chip muffins are easy to prepare, just put all the ingredients in a bowl and the dough is ready.
Let the children help you, they will surely have fun.

200 g of Rice Flour “Le Farine Magiche”
1 sp. of Coconut Flour “Le Farine Magiche”
2 Fresh Eggs
80 gr of Maple Syrup
1 Sachet of Cream of Tartar
1tsp. tip of Bicarbonate of soda
1 Large Pear
160 ml of Sugar-free Rice Milk
Q.b. Dark Chocolate Chip

Preheat the oven in static mode to 180 degrees.
In a bowl, add the flours, eggs, maple syrup, milk and mix.
Add the chopped pear, the chocolate chips and finally the baking powder and baking soda.
Mix all the ingredients. Pour the mixture into a muffin tin lined with baking paper.
Bake the muffins for about 20 minutes.
