Strawberry and cococa cake
The combination of strawberries and cocoa is never wrong!
This cake is a pleasure, the scent of cocoa and the sweetness of strawberries make it perfect.
A simple dessert, perfect for any occasion, whether it’s breakfast, snack or dessert, believe me you will impress!
Let’s see what ingredients are needed to prepare it …
Ingredients for a 13 cm mold:
40 g of Oat Flour G.F.
85 ml of Pasteurized egg white
30 ml of Sugar-free Coconut milk
10 g of Bitter Cocoa powder
½ Tsp of Backing soda + lemon juice
3 pz. of Fresh Strawberries
In a bowl, add the flour and cocoa then pour the egg white and milk.
Mix for a few minutes until you get a soft and homogeneous mixture.
Add the strawberries, cut into pieces, lastly the baking soda and lemon juice, wait 10 seconds and then mix all the ingredients.
Transfer the mixture to a 13 cm springform tin lined with baking paper.
Bake (preheated oven) at 170 degrees for about 25 minutes.
After the time has elapsed, do the “toothpick test” to check the cooking.
Once ready, let it cool before removing it from the mold.
