Savory gluten free muffins with zucchini and feta

Savory gluten-free muffins with zucchini and feta are an excellent alternative to traditional rustic and are proposed as the typical muffins we all know; the big difference is that instead of adding sugar, we add cheese and vegetables to taste. Savory gluten-free muffins are prepared in just a few minutes, they are quick and easy. Perfect for appetizers, lunches on the beach or easy dinners.

In a bowl, pour the sifted flour, the courgettes cut into small cubes, the parmesan, the crumbled feta, salt, pepper, baking soda, oil and finally the water.
Mix all the ingredients evenly.
Pour the mixture into the muffin molds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30/35 minutes.
Before taking them out of the oven, do the toothpick test to check the cooking.
