Ricotta Coconut & Raspberries Balls

These no-bake coconut balls are literally one of the simplest snacks you can make – perfect for kids.

Only a few ingredients are needed …. let’s see together!

Ingredients:

250 g of Fresh Ricotta (it must not be too soft)

20 g of Grated Dark Chocolate 85%

Q.b Grated Coconut

1/5 c of Acacia Honey

2 sp Coconut Flour

6 pcs of Raspberries

Q.b. Whole hazelnuts

Method:

In a bowl, put the ricotta, grated chocolate, rapé coconut, coconut flour, chopped raspberries, and honey, mix everything with a spoon.

In each ball insert a hazelnut in the center.

Use an ice cream spoon to form the balls.

Pass the balls in other grated coconut.

Let them rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
