Gluten free Granola Ice: Quick recipe without ice cream maker

Introduction:
Granola Ice is another ice cream without ice cream maker. But not only that, it is sugar free and dairy free. It is an ice cream that can also be eaten for breakfast, because it is composed of lactose free Greek yogurt, homemade granola, apricot jam and to give a more delicious touch, a sprinkling of rapé coconut.
This recipe is super easy to make, few ingredients and a pinch of patience that must never be lacking in the kitchen, especially when you choose to eat healthy and with taste. Often with the heat we look for something fresh and fast that satisfies us, but that leaves us that feeling of lightness. Taken from a thousand commitments, you always fall on the same breakfast, yogurt, cereals and fruit, right?

Granola Ice is an excellent idea to change the shape of our healthy and genuine breakfasts. Just prepare it the night before, put it in the freezer and the next morning, leave it at room temperature for 5-6 minutes before eating it.
The wonderful thing is that you can eat at any time of the day, not just for breakfast, but as a snack or as an evening dessert when you are in company.
In the ingredients you will find the recipe for my granola and also apricot jam, but if you do not want or do not have time to prepare them you can safely use jam and granola packaged without added sugar.

Method:
Prepare the granola and let it cool. Prepare the apricot jam or you can use ready made sugar free jam.
Take the Greek yogurt and mix it with a whisk until it forms a cream. Pour in the vanilla aroma and 1 tablespoon of apricot jam.
Take the ice cream molds, add the granola, then the yogurt and mix with the stick. Mix the ingredients well. At the end add 1 teaspoon of jam and insert the stick in the center. Transfer the ice creams to the freezer and leave them for 2-3 hours.
After the time has elapsed, resume the ice creams, remove them from the mold and serve them with a sprinkling of rapé coconut.
Here your Granola ice are ready.
