Gluten Free Carrots Donuts

Introduction:

These donuts are super good, they have a delicate and sweet flavor,making them is really easy. So don’t miss the chance to prepare a healthy and genuine snack for your children.
Now let’s go to the recipe:

Ingredients:
130 g of Rice Flour
50 g of Coconut Sugar
120 of sugar-free Rice Milk
50 g of Greek Yogurt
1 Carrot
1 pc of Himalaya Salt
6 g of Yeast
Q.b. Cinnamon
Q.b. Coconut oil (for the mold)

Method:
Preheat the oven.
In a bowl add the milk, sugar, cinnamon, salt and yogurt, mix the ingredients with a whisk. Add the sifted flour, the grated carrot and finally the baking powder.
Pour the mixture into the donut mold greased with coconut oil.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
When cooked, let them cool and serve with a sprinkling of icing sugar or rapé coconut.
