Method:
In a bowl, add the flour, oil, egg, egg yolk, lemon zest, cornstarch and honey.
Mix all the ingredients with your hands until the mixture becomes crumbled.
In a pan add the pears cut into small pieces, cinnamon, vanilla, agave syrup and water (about 2 fingers).
Cook the ingredients over low heat for about 7/8 minutes, until absorbed.
Pears must be soft.
In a springform mold, lined with parchment paper, add 2/3 of the mixture, pour the cooked pears, the crumbled goat cheese, cover with the rest of the dough.
Preheated static oven, bake at 180 degrees for 35/40 minutes.
When the surface is golden, the cake is ready.
