Chocolates filled with Pomegranate Gluten Free

Introduction:
How many filled chocolates are there on the market? Many!
But have you ever found a chocolate filled with pomegranate gluten free? I never!
So why choose packaged chocolates, if with only four ingredients you can make these little delicacies?
These filled chocolates are a real treat for the palate, they are without butter, without sugar and very easy to prepare.
This is a recipe designed on the fly to consume the dark chocolate and pomegranates I had in the fridge.

Ingredients:
150 g of Dark Chocolate 85%
50 ml of sugar free Almond Milk
Q.b. Vanilla flavor powder
200 g of Pomegranate

Method:
Cut the chocolate into small pieces, put it in a saucepan and melt it in a double boiler with the milk and vanilla over low heat. As soon as the chocolate begins to melt, stir. When the chocolate has melted completely, pour it into pocket bag. Pour the mixture into paper or silicone molds, add the pomegranate seeds in the center and cover with more chocolate. Put everything in the refrigerator and wait for them to solidify, about a couple of hours. When they have hardened you can remove them from the molds. Your homemade chocolates are ready!
