Bruschetta with gluten free home made bread!


The most fulfilling moment of the weekend? The Aperitif!

For us Italians it is sacred … at home or in a bar it is the same, it is enough to be with friends.

Between a Sprizt and a glass of wine we tell our thoughts, we smile at the adventures or misadventures that have happened.

It’s like a therapy that you can’t do without it.

Ingredients for 2 bruschetta:

2 Slices of Homemade Bread

1 Burrata

1 Whole Garlic

6 Cherry tomatoes

4 Slices of Parma Ham

Q.b. Fresh basil

Q.b. Extra virgin olive oil

Q.b. Himalaya salt

Q.b. Toasted Pine nuts


Brush the slices of bread with a drizzle of oil, bake them for about 5 minutes, until golden.

In a pan, add oil, whole garlic, whole cherry tomatoes and salt.

Brown over medium heat until they wilt, not too much.

Work the burrata with salt and pepper, until it is like a stracciatella.

Take the slices of toasted bread, add the dried cherry tomatoes, the burrata stracciatella, the Parma ham and season them with pepper and a drizzle of oil, decorate them with a basil leaf and toasted pine nuts.
